Notice of Possible Quorum
This is a courtesy posting of events at which four or more members of the Board of Directors may be present.
- Finance Committee meetings are being held at 9:00 AM on the Thursday of the week before the Board of Directors Meeting, which is held at 9:00 AM on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
- Technical Committee meetings are being held at 8:00 AM on the second Friday of the month.
- In-House Audit Reviews are typically scheduled four times per year, immediately following the Finance Committee meeting.
Board Members who attend these events will not vote on any issue nor discuss pending legal actions of the Green Valley Domestic Water Improvement District.
All events are conducted at the Green Valley Domestic Water Improvement District's conference room, located at 3200S Camino Del Sol, Green Valley, AZ 85622.
