Notice of Possible Quorum
This is a courtesy posting of events at which a quorum of the Board of Directors may be present.
- Committee meetings, including finance, technical, personnel, ad hoc, et al.
- District work sessions to receive updates from the District Manager on various projects.
- In-House Audit Review. Typically scheduled four times per year, immediately following the Financial Committee meeting.
Board Members who attend these events will not vote on any issue nor discuss pending legal actions of the Green Valley Domestic Water Improvement District.
