Notice of Possible Quorum
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 38-430.01, this is a courtesy posting of events at which a quorum of the Board of Directors may be present.
- District work sessions are held to receive updates from the District Manager on various projects. The work sessions are typically scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month at 9:00AM.
- Quarterly In-House Audit Review. Typically scheduled four times per year immediately upon the conclusion of a Financial Committee meeting.
Board Members who attend these work sessions will not vote on any issue nor discuss pending legal actions of the Green Valley Domestic Water Improvement District.
